LaunchpadOne Consulting was founded in 2011 to give companies access to senior HR expertise without carrying it as a fixed cost — policy and process, compensation, governance, and the parts of employment most businesses would rather not think about.
What started as HR advisory has grown into something more infrastructural. Through ReadyWorkforce, the firm now employs people in Sri Lanka on behalf of companies abroad — carrying the contracts, the payroll, and the statutory risk so a business in Sydney or Austin can build a team here without opening a company.
That work sits on a simple foundation: it is run by someone who spent twenty years doing HR from the inside, at some of Sri Lanka's most demanding employers, before advising others on how to do it well.
